My neighborhood was blocked off today with cruisers and blockades. Found out the Japan emperor was still in town. The Nikkei center is right down the street from my place. Cruisers blocked off the main road when he was ready to leave. I love how the 70-300mm can reach. 
I never went to shoot the Oval before when it opened. Every time I’d drive passed it, there would be a mob of shooters there. There’s a ton of photos on flickr and stuff, so it was hard to get into the mood to go shoot it. Tonight for some reason I did. I went late on purpose, and it was a quiet, clear night.
